Brooks Deibele | EVP, Employee Benefits Practice Leader | Holmes Murphy

Brooks joined Holmes Murphy in 2019 as the Regional Market Leader for Employee Benefits and became Senior Vice President and Enterprise Sales Leader in 2021, playing a key role in building the Employee Benefits division in Minneapolis. Previously, he served as President of Commercial Markets for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and spent nearly a decade at UnitedHealthcare in leadership roles.

Brooks holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Management from St. John’s University and completed the Wharton Executive Education Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He has also served as Board Chair of the Minnesota Alliance for Youth and on the boards of Consortium Health Plans and Learn to Live.

Heidi Guetzkow | Vice President Health Transformation Team | Aon

Heidi Guetzkow brings a wealth of consultative experience to improve the health outcomes of clients’ workforce by providing guidance in worksite well-being strategy, targeted clinical risk reduction programs and improved access to care solutions including employer sponsored clinics. She is known as a population health leader with a keen clinical lens for uncovering health risks and disease burdens impacting our client’s populations.

Heidi uses a data-driven approach to help clients evaluate their needs, design solutions, and implement resources to maximize benefits. She excels at finding top vendors to address gaps and helps clients define success metrics.

Prior to joining Aon in 2021, Heidi served in similar leadership roles with other global consulting/insurance brokerage agencies. She began her career in the healthcare industry in 2010.
