Sharon Scanlon is Senior Vice President of Group Protection Product and Workplace Solutions Marketing and Customer Experience at Lincoln Financial. She leads product strategy for Group Protection, and marketing and customer experience across Lincoln's Retirement Plan Services and Group Protection businesses. Sharon oversees Lincoln's financial wellness initiatives, including the proprietary WellnessPATH® tool and Marketplace, helping users improve financial health. With over 30 years in financial services, she joined Lincoln in 2010 after leadership roles at Fidelity, Mercer, and Putnam. She holds a Bachelor of Science in political science from Northeastern University and is FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, and 63 registered. Sharon serves on multiple industry boards and is a founding member of Customer Experience 50.

Kerry Brooks | Senior Vice President, Account Management, Group Protection | Lincoln Financial

Kerry Brooks is Senior Vice President of Account Management for Lincoln Financial's Group Protection business. She leads account management across all products and segments, including absence consulting, with a focus on relationship management, revenue growth, and persistency. Kerry has been with the organization since 1997, serving in various leadership positions across Claims and Distribution. Prior to her current role, Kerry served as Vice President, Account Management, overseeing client consulting, installation support, and service delivery. With nearly 30 years of group benefits experience, Kerry is known for leading high-performing teams that drive optimal client satisfaction and retention. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business from Nazareth University. Outside of work, Kerry enjoys live music and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
