Cigna and JPMorgan Chase sued over access to health care spending accounts

The employee worked for JP Morgan from 2018 through 2023.
A notice provided in an exhibit shows that he and his dependent could incur expenses until the end of the month when he left.
The notice said he had until March 31 in the following year to file claims.
