PBM transparency mandates added to 'must-pass' House bill

The PBM provisions are included in a section for provisions that could lower drug costs.
They appear to be based on PBM provisions in a bill introduced by Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick in December.
The bill would extend an existing ERISA list of entities that health plan fiduciaries must monitor.
