The Tennessee bill would keep PBMs, insurers and similar entities from controlling pharmacies.
The bill is heading to the desk of Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee.
Earlier this month, a federal appeals court panel ruled that ERISA preempts two Tennessee laws that are supposed to keep PBMs from steering plan participants to favored pharmacies.
