Kathleen A. Harris, MPH, is a nationally recognized benefits strategist and executive leader with more than 20 years of experience in global benefits, healthcare innovation, and workforce strategy. As Head of Consultant Relations and Strategic Programs at Forma, she partners with employers and consultants to design globally compliant, flexible benefits programs focused on personalization and measurable outcomes.
Previously, Kathleen served as Vice President of Global Benefits at Warner Bros. Discovery (formerly Time Warner), where she helped pioneer inclusive benefits such as surrogacy, elective egg freezing, and personalized healthcare advocacy. Through Cornfield Point Consulting, she has also advised digital health startups on commercialization and growth. Kathleen serves on the board of the Northeast Business Group on Health and is a frequent speaker on the future of benefits and workforce health.
