The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is cutting user fees for insurers that sell coverage through HealthCare.gov.
The House Appropriations Committees wants to take away cash HealthCare.gov accumulated through use of the old, higher user fees.
The committee kept $181 million in funding for the DOL Employee Benefits Security Administration in place.
