Two economists say 10 big health insurers seem to be driving up agent and broker comp in the Medicare Advantage market.
They came up with small-group and large-group producer comp totals to put the Medicare plan comp totals in context.
They think Medicare plan producers received almost $14 billion in 2025 and group health producers received $6.5 billion.
