HSA Council fights for vision plan bill inclusion

The National Council of Insurance Legislators is starting a national meeting in Boston this week.
One topic under consideration is the draft for an eye care plan model bill.
The HSA Council says the bill should should apply to a HSA user who has not yet met the high-deductible health plan deductible.
