Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., has attracted 34 Democratic cosponsors for the latest version of the Affordability Is Access Act bill.
The coverage mandate would apply to ERISA plans, as well as to fully insured coverage.
Pressley has been sponsoring and cosponsoring similar legislation since 2022.
