Iowa Credit Union League, West Des Moines, has promoted Justin Hupfer to director of regulatory compliance and internal counsel. Heritage Credit Union, Rockford, Ill., has elected Jim Jerving, Manager of CUNA & Affiliates Editorial Products, board director. Jerving will replace long-time director, Roger Julseth, who retired in early October.
