Almost all employees who take part in individual benefitscounseling sessions say they better understand their benefits,according to ColonialLife. Forty-four percent say the sessions significantly improvetheir understanding, and 98 percent believe one-to-one benefitscounseling is important, with 61 percent saying it is veryimportant.
