NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — An employee of Boeing Co. in South Carolina has filed an unfair labor practice against the union at the center of a national labor dispute.

Dennis Murray said in the complaint filed Wednesday with the National Labor Relations Board that the International Association of Machinists is retaliating against Boeing employees in South Carolina because a non-union production line was built there instead of Washington state.

Murray led an effort to decertify the Machinists at the North Charleston plant. He was one of three employees who unsuccessfully sought permission to participate in an NLRB lawsuit against Boeing that accused the plane maker of breaking the law when it built the 787 passenger jet production line in North Charleston.
