Delta Dental Insurance Company has been selected as the new dental benefits administrator for State of Montana employees, effective Jan. 1, 2013.
Delta Dental will process dental claims, provide customer service, manage provider networks and deliver related services to the 34,000 employees, retirees, and other individuals covered under the dental program. Upon transitioning to Delta Dental, State of Montana enrollees will have freedom of choice in their selection of dental professionals and also will have access to Delta Dental's statewide and national PPO and fee-for-service dentist networks.
