Peter Cieszko, senior vice president of American Century Investments, has been named chief client officer – Americas and appointed to the firm's management committee, which oversees all key functional areas of the company.
As chief client officer – Americas, Cieszko is responsible for all North and South American sales and distribution activities in the institutional and financial intermediary channels. Cieszko reports to American Century President and CEO Jonathan Thomas.
Based in New York, Cieszko will continue to work with the company's institutional and intermediary sales leadership to deliver the firm's investment management and solutions.

The company's management committee includes CEO Jonathan Thomas, COO Barry Fink, Chief Investment Officer Enrique Chang, Chief People Officer Mark Gilstrap, Chief Marketing Officer Mark Killen and Chief Client Officer – International Michael Green.
