Neace Lukens acquires Gosnell Insurance

Gosnell employees will remain in their current positions while merging with a Neace Lukens branch in 2013.

Neace Lukens, an AssuredPartners, Inc. company, completed the acquisition of Gosnell Insurance in Charleston, S.C.

Specializing in property and casualty and personal insurance, all Gosnell employees will remain in their current positions while merging with another Charleston-based Neace Lukens branch into a new office space in March 2013. Current Gosnell customers will now have access to a new range of support and products.

"As AssuredPartners continues to support our expansion effort, our focus is on adding insurance agencies such as Gosnell that offer similar products and reflect our shared values," said Larry Schaefer, president and COO of Neace Lukens.
