Reputation Management Consultants is in the business of burnishing tarnished reputations, so there's more than a hint of irony in its just-out list of CEOs with the worst reputations.

After all, this is a company whose business is built on setting things right for CEOs who, for one reason or another, have drawn negative attention.

"Listings that are potentially damaging to your online reputation hurt your credibility and will make you lose potential business every day, especially if these listings are for you or your company's name," RMC's website says. "If you 'Googled' your name right now, what would you see? Maybe a recently laid-off employee has some unfavorable opinions about your company's management. Perhaps a competitor has secretly been targeting you in consumer review websites. Or maybe you are a high-profile individual with an unfortunate past legal incident that just won't seem to go away."

What can RMC do about this? A lot, according to its website:

"Our special brand of Online Reputation Repair, Inoculation, will help you suppress the negative listings that are hurting you and/or your company. We inoculate the first pages of Search Engine Results against negative listings by introducing more authoritative positive listings, which will naturally outrank and push down the negative ones. Repair service – 'Inoculation' – will help you get your name back under your ongoing control so that you can focus on running your online business."

Despite all of the above, RMC also apparently has no problem helping further drag through the mud the names of CEOs that no doubt could use its services. Hence its list of chief executives with the worst reps, based, it says, on a complex algorithm that factors in "survey results, searches, traffic and social listening."

Actually, it's a list most anyone who closely follows business news might have developed. Regardless, here are the names of the unlucky 10 on RMC's list:

1. Donald Trump, The Trump Organization

2. Jamie Dimon, JPMorgan Chase
