Enroll America is amping up its Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act enrollment efforts by looking to find and train more than 2,000 new in-person assisters.

The group — a nonprofit formed in 2011 to get the word out about PPACA — said Wednesday that in-person assisters are vital to successful enrollment under the health care reform law.

The second enrollment period under PPACA begins Nov. 15.
