Prudential Retirement has landed Eat'n Park Hospitality Group Inc. as a plan sponsor client. 

Eat'n Park, a restaurant and food-service company, has 4,900 plan participants in its defined contribution plans, which hold $57 million in assets. The company is based in Pittsburgh; it began as a single car-hop style restaurant in 1949. 

Eat'n Park has since grown into a portfolio of regional foodservice concepts focused on personalized dining. It serves more than 50 million guests every year in its restaurants, on college and corporate campuses, in retirement communities and hospitals, and across the country through its online store.

Megan Warzinski and Brendon Costa of Henderson Brothers Retirement Plan Services were the advisors, and will provide ongoing consulting. Aug. 1 was the conversion date.
