The Supreme Court ruled today that same-sex couples have the right to marry.

Gay marriage will become legal in all 50 states.

The court ruled 5-4 in favor. The ruling noted that because of the Constitution's guarantees to Americans of due process and equal protection under the law, states can't ban same-sex marriages.
