The race to stay relevant (and profitable) in the health care industry is getting more competitive every day. With Amazon gaining ground, Walgreens is pushing to keep its edge, building on its reputation for convenience with its new Find Care Now, a digital platform and marketplace that connects people to health care services at Walgreens stores and to a list of 17 participating providers, with more to come.

According to Walgreens, Find Care Now allows customers “to navigate and search for local and digital health care services, with offerings in certain markets as varied as neighborhood health care clinics, urgent care, telehealth, lab testing, physician second opinions, and even physician house calls and optical and hearing services.”
