But after so many years ofupheaval, frustration and uncertainty experienced by benefitsconsultants, I've noticed a growing sense of confidence andenthusiasm among the brokers I speak with every day. Not only arethey excited about the new solutions and strategies they'rebringing to the table, they're focused on creating meaningfulchange for their clientsand doingit the right way.

The growing movement towardeducation and collaboration is contagious, and it's one of myfavorite things about our annual Expo. Every year, I'm impressedand inspired watching hundreds of benefits advisors networking,learning and sharing their knowledge and experience withothers.
