A new report by FAIR Health suggests thatAmericans are prioritizing lower cost and easier access in thetypes of care they seek, with increases in the use of telehealthand retail clinics. The increase of telehealth use was seen evenbefore the current COVID-19 pandemic, which has caused a spike intelehealth usage nationwide.
The FH Healthcare Indicators and FH Medical Price Index is anannual tracking report of usage and price trends among consumers,based on a database of over 30 billion privately billed healthcareclaim records.
