BenefitsPRO Broker Expo: Innovating in the new normal

I live in NYC, the heart of the COVID-19 pandemic in the U.S. I’m not sure about you, but after being on lockdown for weeks and counting, I need something to look forward to. For me, one of those things is the virtual BenefitsPRO Broker Expo, coming up in August.

“Necessity is the mother of invention” is an English-language proverb. It means, roughly, that the primary driving force for most new inventions is a need. This is one of the biggest reason’s I’m looking forward to the 2nd annual Fast & Furious session at the Expo. I’ve found that during this quarantine, everyone has gotten extra creative about how they do business, how they get the word out to people and how they support clients and colleagues, utilizing strategies that have never really been done before. Why? Because there has never been the need to do business in this way before.
