screen shot of the message about beta site at place where you comment about ESG and DOL ruleThursday, July 30, 2020 is the lastday to comment on the DOL's proposed regulation onenvironmental, social, governance (ESG) investments in retirementplans. The DOL made the comment period shorter than is typical. They also added an interesting twist: A notice on thesite, where you go to comment, says this:

|

"Regulations.gov will start redirecting users to theBeta at https://beta.regulations.gov on Thursday,July 30th, at 8 am ET to Friday, July 31st at 8 am ET. Please notethat all comments that are submitted through the Beta, both duringthe redirect and regular operations are provided toagencies."

Why did they choose tomorrow, of all days, to test launch a betasite? Why not a soft launch on a weekend, or a Friday evening? Comeon.
