It may seem a little odd that in a list of "100 sales & marketing tips," we have one set of 10 focused on prospecting and sales. That's because, since we started this list so many years ago, the role of the benefits brokers has evolved to include so much more than making a sale. They must be experts on the products they sell and partners to the employers they work with.
