The world of work is constantly changing with different generations in the work force, remote and hybrid works, as well as new technology. According to a new study, 85% of jobs that will exist in 2030 have not even been created yet. LinkedIn data shows that skill requirements for jobs have shifted by 25%, and by 2030, will have shifted by 65%. According to this year's Jobs on the Rise list from LinkedIn, Chief Growth Officer is the role that is growing the fastest. The top roles CGOs transitioned from are VP of Sales, COO, and VP of business Development. There are plenty of roles that continue to grow.
