Choosing the best carrier for your employer clients and their employees is not for the faint of heart. The process takes a long time because, let's face it, digging through the messy U.S. health care and employee benefits requires knowledge and dedication. Newsweek and Statista recently surveyed more than 24,000 U.S. respondents who "made purchases, used services, or gathered information about products or services over the last three years" for America's Best of the Best 2024. The survey asked participants about brands from 156 categories, including health insurance companies. The final rankings were based on the brand's joy of use, customer service, and trust.
