“In the past year, I've been instrumental in securing over $3 million in funding for Enthea, which helped expand our innovative mental health benefits offering across the United States. Under my leadership, we've dramatically increased our reach from 500 to 153,000 covered lives, establishing a robust nationwide provider network. Our efforts have yielded remarkable clinical outcomes: patients report an 86% reduction in PTSD symptoms, a 67% decrease in anxiety, and a 65% drop in depression. Impressively, 80% of these individuals have successfully discontinued and remained off antidepressants. My personal commitment to destigmatizing ketamine-assisted therapy and making mental health care accessible reflects my broader mission to heal and empower individuals, fostering a society where mental wellness is prioritized and celebrated.”

With nearly nine years at Emerson Rogers, I transitioned into a sales leadership role three years ago, where I have consistently driven year-over-year growth.
