Some House Democrats want PBM 'kickback' bill to include all plan service providers

The PBM Kickback Prohibition Act bill was introduced by Rep. Rick Allen, R-Ga.
The bill would prevent PBMs from paying brokers referral fees or similar bills.
A Democrat called for the same requirements be applied to all benefit plan service providers.
