"In AstraZeneca's workplace, all employees were equal, but some were more equal than others," the complaint alleged.

"People with health insurance coverage provided by employers generally think they are protected, but our findings show that health-related benefits have been eroding over time," says José A. Pagán.

An additional 83% of respondents are worried about what the nation as a whole spends on health care.

United has pocketed billions of dollars in "savings" fees since it began the initiative in 2016, according to the complaint.
