Trump expected to expand 401(k) access to private markets, in new executive order

In June, the SEC said it will explore this new investment opportunity, as “there may be risks, as well as benefits, for retirement savers,” but now President Trump is expected to advance private market access to become a bigger piece of the 401(k) market.
