The sweeping complaint includes pharmacy benefit managers Express Scripts, Evernorth, CVS Caremark and Optum Rx; insulin manufacturers Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk and Sanofi; and group purchasing organizations.

The company said its 27,000 pharmacists will guide customers in applying the discounts and support related programs, including NovoCare enrollment and reduced pricing on fertility medications through the TrumpRx Fertility initiative.

Medical inflation is projected at nearly 6% annually, outpacing income growth and pushing lifetime health care costs toward $1 million for many couples.
