Montana made waves by having a health care plan of that size set prices for all services, not just certain procedures.

Twenty-seven percent of large employers reported they added behavioral health care providers to their plan's network this year but only 44% say they have enough providers to meet worker demand, says a survey.

It's not only offering beneficial accounts but also educating employees based on their needs at open enrollment that will help them stay engaged in their benefits and in your company.

Hospitals are reexamining their health plans to address medical cost trend and add options that stand out in a highly competitive labor market.
