The ADP Research Institute is introducing a new website focusing on issues regarding human capital management, employment trends, and work force strategies for both the private and public, ADP announces.
The website's goal is to leverage strategic business intelligence and analytics in an effort to help organizations better benchmark their performance based on aggregated and anonymous data elements from ADP's global client base, which includes approximately 570,000 clients.
With ADP Research Institute's Web focus, it will build on the company's research focus, emphasizing employment, HR and other business trends relative to the products and services provided by ADP. ADP Research Institutes' economists and human capital management experts will also study work force practices to outline strategic insights and guidance to help organizations improve their work forces.
