1. Georgia's Olympic legacy

Your visit to Atlanta would not be complete without visiting Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia's legacy of the 1996 Summer Olympic Games. This 22-acre greenspace is considered the crown jewel of Atlanta's downtown entertainment district and a year-round destination for locals and visitors alike, with playgrounds, garden pavilions, the Southern Company Amphitheater, as well as the Olympic Ring Fountain.

The World of Coca-Cola is a must-see destination! Taste-test a variety of beverages from different countries, learn about the history and heritage of Coca-Cola, explore the connection between smell and taste, and even meet the famous Coca-Cola Polar Bear!

3. Take me out to the ball-park…

After a day of industry talk, grab a drink and a snack with a friend and watch the Atlanta Braves take on the Boston Red Sox at Truist Park on May 9th at 7:20 p.m.

4. Are you a fan of college football?

Well if you aren't, the College Football Hall of Fame might make you a fan with 150 years of history, interactive exhibits and storied traditions passed down through generations.

5. Just keep swimming!

Explore all the wonders of the ocean at the famous Georgia Aquarium! You can see 175 different animals including African penguins, tiger sharks, manta rays, piranhas and more. You can meet some of the animals through behind the scene encounters and even swim with the ocean's "Gentle Giants".

6. The ultimate artists area

Walk around one of the hippest neighborhoods in Atlanta. Little Five Points includes vintage stores, vinyl shops, dive bars, burger joints and the Variety Playhouse which hosts an eclectic range of local and national acts.

7. Expand your music taste

Explore a new museum and expand your knowledge in the rich history of trap music. The Trap Music Museum pays homage to the inspiring trials and triumphs of today's biggest trap artists. You can grab one of their "trap drankz", and roam the museum at your leisure.

8. Raise THE ROOF!

Located on top of Ponce City Market in the Old Fourth Ward, THE ROOF is the place to be for vintage amusement games at Skyline Park; grabbing a bite to eat at 9 Mile Station; or a specialty cocktail at 12 Cocktail Bar.

9. Home of the civil rights movement

The Sweet Auburn neighborhood hosts Atlanta's civil rights history, including the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site and his birth home. This neighborhood also has the Sweet Auburn Curb Market which originally opened in 1918.

10. Shop like a local

You can shop like an Atlanta local on Bennett Street, where you will find an enclave of small clothing boutiques, decorative art shops, art studios and galleries.
