In today's fast paced and competitive business world, the mental well-being of decision-makers is a critical factor in the success and sustainability of any organization. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that stress-related mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety, cost the global economy about $1 trillion in lost productivity each year. In the United States, mental health issues cost the U.S. economy $200 billion in lost earnings per year according to the National Alliance of Mental Illness.
