Six percent of respondents said they have not disclosed their neurodivergence to anyone at work and about one-quarter said they have only disclosed their neurodivergence to managers.

Against a backdrop of economic uncertainty, nearly half of workers are afraid they might lose their job.

“With 50% of employees not confident they can turn their retirement savings into a consistent stream of income for the rest of their lives, many organizations are rethinking pension strategies and how best to support their workforce,” said Scott Jarboe, Mercer’s U.S. defined benefit segment leader.

Employees are feeling increasingly pessimistic about the country, their job and their financial situation.

About one-third of top execs say they are likely to make changes to their business operations, including hybrid working, in the next few months.

“Employers and administrators should review plan documents to ensure death-related claims and forfeiture provisions are clearly defined and effectively communicated to the surviving beneficiaries,” said Maynard Nexen.

Seventy-one percent of CEOs regularly or occasionally feel burned out and nearly one-third experienced burnout frequently or nearly every day over the past year.
