Six percent of respondents said they have not disclosed their neurodivergence to anyone at work and about one-quarter said they have only disclosed their neurodivergence to managers.
“With 50% of employees not confident they can turn their retirement savings into a consistent stream of income for the rest of their lives, many organizations are rethinking pension strategies and how best to support their workforce,” said Scott Jarboe, Mercer’s U.S. defined benefit segment leader.
“Employers and administrators should review plan documents to ensure death-related claims and forfeiture provisions are clearly defined and effectively communicated to the surviving beneficiaries,” said Maynard Nexen.
