GOP set to repeal ACA with no replacement ready

To cushion the political blow of taking away Obamacare, Republicans are portraying the ACA as collapsing on its own, but signups reached 6.4 million by the Dec. 19 deadline, an increase of 400,000 over the previous years number at this time.
