Maybe Im getting ahead of myself but maybe were actually becoming better health care consumers.

Its a good thing New York's called the Big Apple. If the state were nicknamed after, say, their pizza, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg would've banned the moniker.

The Internal Revenue Service issued some guidelines on the $2,500 cap imposed on health care flexible spending accounts as part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act.
