BCBS sues Ohio company for trademark infringement of Anthem name

The complaint said that Community Insurance Co., a plaintiff in the case, unlawfully registered and used the “Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield” name in May 2025 — causing confusion in legal proceedings, with at least 10 lawsuits being incorrectly served.
