On Monday, Starbucks CEO, Brian Niccol, announced that corporate employees will be required to return to the office in-person four days a week starting in October.

The report shows that investments in flexible scheduling and improving culture have had huge benefits in employee morale and retention rates.

Demand was strongest in the South, followed by the Midwest, West and East.
