The BenefitsPRO Broker Innovation Lab is a project that supports the long-term success and survival of employee benefits brokers, consultants and advisors in a post-health care reform era. The Lab highlights and celebrates benefits professionals and companies that have embraced the changing marketplace and positioned themselves, their practices and their employer clients for success in an ever-shifting landscape. The site features ongoing editorial coverage, including case studies, articles and industry voices, as well as broker profiles.
I believe the independent agency system and its producers have the potential, and need, to be a more significant contributor to client success than any other partner their clients have.
