The BenefitsPRO Broker Innovation Lab is a project that supports the long-term success and survival of employee benefits brokers, consultants and advisors in a post-health care reform era. The Lab highlights and celebrates benefits professionals and companies that have embraced the changing marketplace and positioned themselves, their practices and their employer clients for success in an ever-shifting landscape. The site features ongoing editorial coverage, including case studies, articles and industry voices, as well as broker profiles.
I'm excited to kick off the year by introducing you to Jennifer, Kayla and Lisa, who also found a way to get it done and grow as they reflect on 2020.
