Senate moves to go paperless, embrace e-delivery of retirement plan disclosures

The Senate has introduced a bill, <i>Improving Disclosure for Investors Act&nbsp;of 2025</i>, which would require the SEC to propose rules&nbsp;allowing for the default electronic&nbsp;delivery of regulatory documents to investors, who can still choose to “opt out.”&nbsp;
