Senate moves to go paperless, embrace e-delivery of retirement plan disclosures

The Senate has introduced a bill, Improving Disclosure for Investors Act of 2025, which would require the SEC to propose rules allowing for the default electronic delivery of regulatory documents to investors, who can still choose to “opt out.”
