The official version of the government's latest guidance includes help for employers with 50 to 100 full-time employees.

While employers are seeing some of the smallest cost increases in years, employees are shouldering higher premiums, surcharges, and other cost-sharing provisions.

Those with high-school diplomas who normally would have no problem getting jobs as bartenders or taxi drivers are sometimes kept from getting the jobs by people with college diplomas.

Companies with 50 or more full-time workers may be able to avoid penalties under the PPACA by offering these limited plans.

Public awareness of workplace bullying has never been higher, but none of the more than two dozen states that have taken up the issue has actually passed any legislation to tackle the problem.

Expect to see spikes in the employer-sponsored market in the second half of 2014.
