New report finds that Gen Z is setting aside more earnings for retirement than any other generation.

WTW's Salary Budget and Planning Report found that companies are budgeting an overall average increase of 4.1% for 2023, which will result in pay raises.

"These trends further reinforce stark differences in community wellbeing across the nation, including high variability across key individual wellbeing factors and social determinants that define the overall circumstance of where individuals live, work and play," the Sharecare Community Wellbeing Index says.

Lasting happiness in the workplace is nor about making more money, it's about fulfilling a sense of purpose in the what you do.

"With some businesses offering permanent work-from-home options, the updated handbook should address remote work guidelines such as best practices for telecommunications, documentation requirements and remote meeting guidance," labor and employment attorney Michael Landen said.
