American Airlines avoids damages but must remove ESG from 401(k) plan, judge rules

Despite proving at trial that the airline favored ESG goals in its 401(k) plan, the plaintiff failed to show that this resulted in financial losses, according to Judge Reed O’Conner of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
